Commercialization

I manage the full-scale launch of the product after successful market testing. The focus is to maximize market impact and ensuring a successful launch that drives sales.

Idea Screening

I assess and filter ideas to pinpoint those with the highest potential. This involves evaluating each concept against key criteria such as feasibility, market potential, alignment with company goals, and resource availability. By rigorously screening ideas, I ensure that only the most promising and strategically sound concepts move forward in the development process.

Market Testing

I introduce the product to a limited market segment to evaluate its performance and gather valuable consumer feedback. Identifying any issues and providing insights for necessary adjustments and improvements. By carefully testing the product in a controlled environment, I ensure that it is fully optimized before the full-scale launch.

Post-Launch
