I’ve watched thousands of purchase decisions. Studied what builds brand loyalty. Noticed the gap between what brands promise and what customers actually responded to.

Now I'm formalizing my field experience into brand strategy expertise—focusing on consumer psychology, behavioral marketing, and how culture shapes commerce.
